What are the shipping options?

All Abbott E-Store orders will be delivered after 3 business days (Monday - Saturday excluding Public holidays and Sundays) after the date of order.  

How can I order products if I am not in Singapore?

This site only has the ability to sell products distributed in Singapore. Products sold outside of Singapore are marketed by our parent company, Abbott Laboratories. Abbott Laboratories has offices located worldwide to assist you. The office locations can be found at Abbott Global on our www.abbott.com website. Please feel free to contact the affiliate office directly regarding your international inquiry.

Can I ship to an address outside Singapore?

We are not able to ship products overseas.

Can I ship to a post office box?

We cannot ship to PO Boxes.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

We are unable to ship to more than one address per order at this time.

How do I return an order?

If your shipment arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us by filling up the online contact-us form here and our customer service representatives will provide you with instructions for return of the original product. Please note we cannot handle store-purchased products.

Can I cancel an order?

Confirmed orders shall not be cancelled. No refunds, exchanges or cancellations will be made once purchases are confirmed on the Abbott E-Store.

What if I don't see an item listed?

Some items are not currently available in the Abbott E-Store. Only displayed products in our online catalog are available for online purchase.

How do I check the status of an order?

Please login to the Abbott E-Store and click on My Account. Click on My Orders to view your order and transaction history.

Which credit cards can I use?

The Abbott E-Store accepts credit card (Visa® and MasterCard®) and debit card.
